What are you celebrating?
Hi everyone it is me LU,
Everybody in this world has some favorite days in the year,
but what is a festivity? Is it really a festivity? A celebration? Many origins
of these festivities are not what we think, most of them are installed by the
society and the Catholic Church. Cause God or Jesus specifically were not really
born on Christmas day, in fact the 25th of December was a pretty old Greek celebration
rather than Jesus’ birth.
Anyway everybody loves to celebrate whatever we want, we
think or we believe, whatever day you love I think we must have a lot of
respect for these celebrations even when we really do not consider some day
like something to celebrate.
Like the International Woman Day’s, this festivity is really
not a celebration, it is more like a commemoration of a group of 120 women protestant
who died defending their rights on 8th of March in 1857. Well no all festivities
are celebrations and we must be consequent and respectful about every festivity
we meet.
